The Munster Aberdeen-Angus Club will be holding its annual high health status sale of pedigree Aberdeen-Angus bulls at Bandon Mart, Bandon, Co Cork on Thursday, April 8th.
The sale did not take place in 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions and the Munster Aberdeen-Angus Club are delighted to see the return of the sale to the pedigree circuit this year, with a lot of hard work from the Club committee going on behind the scenes to secure the date for 2021.
The sale topped at €3260 for 2019 and has established itself far beyond a simple club event to be one of the leading Aberdeen-Angus sales in the country each season.
Entries for this year’s sale close on March 8th, with the sale being open to all Aberdeen-Angus breeders who are paid-up members of the Munster Aberdeen-Angus Club (subscriptions for 2021 can be made now by contacting club treasurer Billy Fitzgerald on 087 7946348). Additionally, all bulls must be vaccinated for BVD, IBR and Lepto and all bulls must be halter trained.
